So how’s your life, how are you doing? Is there some aspect of your life that could do better? Some area of life that could use a bit of healing? Maybe a lot of healing? There’s no shame in admitting that you feel stuck somewhere. As a matter of fact it is a prerequisite that you admit to yourself that you need to change something in your life before you can actually bring about some change. Whether it’s your relationships or prosperity, meaningful work or personal health, purpose in life or your environment, changing any of those areas requires you first acknowledge honestly what and where you feel the need for healing and then you can go about actually healing those aspects of your life. Honest self assessment is the first step to self awareness.
Most people are willing to be honest with themselves up to a point that doesn’t threaten their self identity too much. Beyond that point the possibility of change being too great or drastic triggers what I call the guardian beliefs and attention is diverted or distracted to avoid any more change to self. This distraction is the biggest challenge most people attempting to improve their lives face. It’s what is commonly known as self sabotage. Overcoming this challenge is what my course Living the Life of Your Dreams is all about. This is why I urge you if you haven’t done so already, get the course and start to heal your life now. In the mean time I welcome all questions and comments.
Just remember “There is no limit to healing”.
